You've decided to embark on an experience that will enrich both you and your students' lives. By teaching the Peace of Mind Curriculum, an integrated mindfulness-based social and emotional learning program, you will build a strong foundation for compassion, kindness, and self-regulation in your classroom.
This course will introduce you to the Peace of Mind philosophy, explain how the curricula is organized, and take you through several sample lessons.
The goal for this course is to help you feel confident and prepared to teach Peace of Mind to your students. We hope you will find some personal benefits from this curriculum, too.
By helping our students to recognize and manage their emotions, build healthy relationships and solve conflicts peacefully, we are helping them develop the skills to manage the challenges that will come their way with more ease. Thank you for taking up this transformative work!
